Think I may be intimdating...help!

I recently went to an interview and was told in the feedback afterwards that I'd seemed too driven and ambitious for that employer. I have another interview this week and don't want to put them off again...but I'm a naturally 'go getting' kind of person who is passionate about her work...

how can I seem dynamic and yet not intimidating? Any help would be gratefully received...
