Job Interview - Selling Myself

Hi, I've got an interview on Monday which includes a 5 minute presentation on marketing, I think i've pretty much nailed that, but need to state how I would add value to the Team, obviously I know what I'm good at and what I'm not good at, I need advice on how to sell myself without sounding to smug or self opinionated.
