Customer Care Presentation

I need to put a presentation together for a possible role as Customer Care Manager. I need to do a 10 minute presentation on "the future of the Customer Care within the organisation over the next 5 years if I get the job".

Although I have my own ideas, I would be most grateful for any help/suggestions...
