10 Min presentation

I have a 10 min presentation coming up for a job I already do, but am in the running to land the contract permenantly.

I need to do a presentation to 2 women I work quite close with, making my nerves skyrocket even more than usual.

Literally, any advice would be well recieved, though I have 2 questions.

Would handouts be overkill? I thought they might make me stand out.

How long should I allow for questions?

If it's a 10 minute presentation, then you can present for anytime up to 10 mins. I know that sounds obvious, but you never know how many questions will appear after so don't leave time specifically for it. At the same time, don't worry that you will struggle to fill the time. I've never penalised an interviewee for not using al available minutes...just don't go over!!!

Hand outs are only good if they are handed out for a reason. e.g. hand out at the end to back up the information given during the presentation, or further information that you weren't able to touch on during the permitted time. Make sure you've proof-read the information on the handout out. Bad spelling, poor grammer, etc can end up giving your interviewers a negative experience.
