Want graphic to animate on mouseover

In actions, you can hyperlink to another slide on mouseover, but I can't figure out how to make an animation happen (appear) on mouseover.

Surely we can do it, can't we? Thanks for any tips!!

You cannot actually trigger animations with a mouseover . You can fake it by linking to a duplicate slide with "with previous" animations.

We use notes view of our slides for manuals, so we don't want a bunch of extra slides.

Another solution I've thought of though, is to embed an html page in a slide. I've seen add-ons for sale that do this. Any recommendations?
