I need help on a 5-10 job interview presentation please!!

I have been asked to do a 5-10 minute presenation on what personal challenges and opportunites i belive i will be faced with in the role of a senior programme coordinator and how i will respond to them? I can not use powerpoint but can use flip chart if neccessary.

I just don't know where to start can you offer some advice?
