Termite Control Presentation - Need help!

I know this sounds boring but I just took a new job selling pest control. Does anyone have a sales presentation sample I can use for ideas?

I don't, but even if I did, why would I give something to my opposition!!?!?

More seriously, doesn't the company who's given you the job give you something to use as a starting point. In my experience as a presentations trainer such presentations are pretty well universally rubbish, but it's better than having no presentation at all!

If nobody at the company is offering any help, I might start by knowing how the products work inside and out. From there, maybe try to get some statistics on how effective the product is (or how many people have bought it already, in a pinch).
