Need ideas for a school presentation

I was wondering if anyone could think of any fun ways to present to a class of college students for a paper .

It is during the 1969 - 198? era - it includes nixon - carter, reagan and bush, along with oppression, womans/gay rights, and desegregation of schools and a few wars thrown in. Although we would be giving all the class members a true snap shot of the whole chapter, our professor is hoping to see creative presentations of the information. One guy and his team put boxes on there heads to look like TV's and did a news cast, some people dress up for there era etc.
I am stuck on ideas so truly need help .

It's a while since I did presos at college but we did one that was to present different sides to an argument. We set up a fake box ring complete with bell and referee. Each side of the argument then came in andat the sound of the bell argued a point. Quite agressive and as a point was made the referee commentated "great uppercut from the blue corner etc"

worked well, perhaps it's adaptable for your differing views and characters?
