YouTube has now become the number one place on the Internet to find interesting news clips and videos, and many of us upload our own videos for the world to see.
The YouTube site sprang from nothingness only 2 years ago in 2005 and is now one of the world’s largest web sites. This success demonstrates the value of video content to today’s media-saturated audiences.
Ever thought of importing videos you’ve created or seen on YouTube into a PowerPoint presentation?
Getting a video relevant to your subject could really help get your point over in your presentation, or it could add that little bit of extra interest that gives you the edge.
So can it be done? Yes.
We found a great little video tutorial from YouTube itself member reponzo01, that goes through the whole process in great detail.
Remember to use only videos you have permission to use, if in doubt contact the originator of the video content and ask.
Did you find this helpful or do you have any other comments or questions?

That’s great ! and We can think about uploading our PowerPoint slides to YouTube

I’ve 275 videos on YouTube 815 Subscribers and 3.5 Million views and I’ve only just discovered DivX that compresses your video footage right down. So now you can record, say, half an hour of one of your sessions and compress it right down so it fits under the 100MB limit on YouTube - and still at reasonably good quality. Have a look here - http://www.welcometowallyworld.com/divx/
I’m shooting on the new CanonHV20 HDV - I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a good quality consumer high definition camera. I write about it too. cheers, Malkie, Paris. Happy to answer any questions.
Great! Only, I found this a little bit too late. But I will definitely keep this in mind next time I make a presentation that would benefit from a video. Thanks.
