help in finding poem or reading for my dads funeral who passed away 27/12/05

my dad was an alcaholic most of his life, he suffered a stroke because of this and was in care for 2 years. He had been approved to go back into the community and he was doing great but unfortunatley died suddenly, alone in his room. I am finding it difficult to find a poem or reading which I can relate to him.

He always enjoyed a flutter on the dogs, loved listening to the golden oldies.

One of my fondest memories of him is that he would be the first one dancing at family parties even though he was a terrible dancer.

I would be very grateful if someone could help me give him a good send off.

I saw your post, and just wanted to say that I hope the funeral went well, and that you are doing ok.
