5 min presentation

I would appreciate some advice. I have a 5 min powerpoint presentation to prepare for Friday 16 Feb on 'Why I should be appointed to the job'. I am OK with powerpoint, and know roughly what information is required. But I want the presentation to be different from others and to stand out. Any ideas
