Analyst Presentation Topic

I have 5 minutes to present on any topic in less than 2 weeks. I must show analysis and recommendations. My question is do I go for a work related topic or something outside of work? I am also an inside candidate. I would like to incorporate the 3 points with it as well. No powerpoint allowed. Suggestions?

If you can go for a work related topic like my most successful project, or go fo something that you are passionate about.

If you cannot use PowerPoint then I suggest that you still use visual aids - try using a flip chart
