1st Timer! Interview Presentation HELP PLEASE?

I have a 5 minute interview presentation to do for an analyst role, I'm absolutely terrifed! I am to use powerpoint but will also have use of a projector and flipchart. How I solved a problem....nature, identify,resolve. An analyst role looking for good problem solving techniques, personality,oral presentation skills. I really want this job, but how can I make that initial impression in 5mins and approx how many slides should I stick to? Any help at all please would be welcome.
