				Presenter View Doesn't Work

We have a new desktop computer at our non-profit, using Office XP, with a dual display video card for presenting via projector while viewing on the monitor.

I enable both 'monitors'. The clone feature works well. When I extend the Desktop, the Desktop shows up fine on the projected screen. In PowerPoint under Setup Show, I Use Multiple Monitors, and select Presenter's View. When I engage (click OK), the Presenter View doesnt' show up on the monitor, instead the Normal View shows up. I can use Presenter View well on my laptop, but never on the desktop. Any ideas? I haven't been able to find web postings on this problem. Thanks! |
