Sending powerpoint presentation file with embedded swf file
I have embedded a swf file into my powerpoint presentation. However I need to send it to someone so they can present the actual presentation. my problem is everytime i send the presentation the swf does not run. I have tried "pack and go" and zipping both files and sending but still no joy.
Any thought anyone? |

This maybe due to two reasons
1. The first is that the flash file is not embedded. If you select the control toolbox and if you click on the top left hand panel you should see a list of commands. You need to ensure that Embed is set to true 2. The second is that the swf is not set to play. Right click on the animation in slide show mode and select play. To save it with the pay setting stored you will need to set play to true -> If you select the control toolbox and if you click on the top left hand panel you should see a list of commands. You need to ensure that Play is set to true. I hope this helps. |

*********** PPTto Flash
When you insert the flash video into the PowerPoint and the swf file is just in your computer not in the PowerPoint, that's why when you send the presetention it cannot play... Always put the flash file in the same folder as your PowerPoint presentation on your computer.
