How to display a presentation on multiple PCs
I have to deliver a presentation in a multimedia room which has no big screen. It does however have sixteen PCs all networked and internet ready. Is there a way to show and control the presentation on all PCs simultaneously.
Basically what i want is as follows: When I move forward a slide on my PC The slide moves forward on all the other PCs - with no interaction from the user Any suggestions on how to do this would be a real: pay it forward, dig out, monkey off my back descent thing to do. Cheers people |

Share your desktop
You will have to share your desktop to these computers.
Webex, Netmeeting, Sametime, allow you to share your desktop to other computers, but you will need to call your IT department to see what application they have that allows you to share your presentation.

Following along in the same theme.
I use VNC (usually tightvnc) to do this task ocassionally. You can use a web broswer (has a java applet) so no additional software required on the student machines. The host needs a free installation of VNC server running. Like most desktop sharing apps there's a small delay to the viewers mayb a few seconds at worst. kraves
