PPT intermittant screen jump during presentations

My wife and I are each making different presentations on two different computers at school, and have both recently started experiencing a problem during our power point presentations.

Without any action on our part the screen presentation will jump back to the program screen or to another slide in the presentation while we are making the presentation. It's pretty distracting.

We create the presentation on our home computers, save them on a flash or thumb drive, lock the drive and then plug the drive into different computers at a school where we teach.

Is this a problem with the school computers, or could it be a problem with our program or our home computer or our flash drives?

Maybe a virus checker or screen saver taking control or maybe you have switched on voice control by mistake?
