Suggestions on Business presentation please

Hi,
I am a college student and I've been asked to give a 5 minutes oral communication in class based the topics on Business and will be mark by my communication lecture.
I just want to ask for is there any topics related to Business can easy to get on with? Those I can think of are Equal opportunities, Health & Safety in the office, Set pay etc

P.S Due to English is my second language so i found that it is quite hard for me to present infront of the whole class, and this will be my first time to work on presentation (make me so nerves ). So firstly i have to find a easiest topic to research on.

Can anyone give me some ideas?

Make a fortune from baking cakes
Why wearing a suit makes you more successful
Why communication skills are more important in business than any other skill.

Hope this list gives you a few good ideas.
