plz i need an icebreaker now!!!

plz could give a nice ice breaker for my presentation
i couldn't find a good one
my presentation is about( mind over body)

Here is a good one.

Make a selection of PowerPoint slides and ask people to read out the colour of the word not just the word it spells

Red
Yellow
Blue
Green
Yellow
Red
Green
Blue
Green
Red
Blue
Yellow
Yellow
Green
Red
Blue

Get the audience to do it quickly and for them all to call out the colour. When they get it wrong you can call out the real colour.

It is a good demonstration of mind over matter
