Team Roles Presentation
Hi,
I have to give a presentation, as part of a team, on team roles. I have to compare commonly used teambuilding activies and compare them to theories of team roles such as Myers-Briggs and Belbin. Has anyone got any original/creative ideas. Thanks: |

First things first....
Don't forget that MB isn't a team-role analysis, like Belbin, so be careful!
![]() In terms of your presentation, the most obvious way to do things, surely, is to know everyone's MBTI and their Belbin functions and give them a team-based activity. As they do it, or after they've finished, draw attention to the things they did which were typical of their 'predicted' behaviour according to the two models. MBTI in particular is very complicated however, so I'd suggest sticking to just one or two of the binary divides for the sake of making your presentation understandable... E/I is the obvious one but I also enjoy playing a lot with J/P in team-work. Simon
