I have to do a speech on 'who has been the best sales person/customer service person in history and why?' does anyone have any suggestions? they would be much appreciated

A difficult one to call Mikhail Gorbachev did a pretty good job in selling the end of the Soviet Union as we know it

The customer ervice one is probably more about somebody that you have come across in your experience.

You could also try a left field approach like "A Satisfied Customer Makes the Best Salesman in the World"
