Interview - Call Centre Manager - 20th July

Hi

I have an interview on the 20th July, which starts with a 10 min presentation on "How I have delivered Business Plans which included improving performance and customer service by using innovative methods".

I've decided to use Powerpoint and I'd be grateful for any ideas regarding content and structure.

Also - do you think the use of the word "plans" means I need to speak about more than one?

Many thanks,

I would suggest that you read the article called Essential Presentation Skills which covers the basics.

I think that there is a clue on plans in the question, but you do not have a lot of time in 10 minutes, so it may be safer to cover just one example.

I think that the real secret will be to present some real evidence on the difference that it made. This could be in feedback from your boss, peers or from customers. If you have this in written form so much the better, you may be able to give this as a hand out. If it was just told to you you can write verbatim quotes into the PowerPoint presentation. This will make it all look much more credible.
