copy animation effects or change a picture and keep the effects

Does anybody knows how to translate the animation effects from a previous picture in a presentation to a new inserted one, keeping the same position and format? Or, if it's not possible, how to change the picture with the given effects with a new one ?

There is a powerpoint add-in that allows you to copy your custom animations from one object to another. It's called animation carbon. See here for more details
