How Conferral Works

You can install a fully-functional trial version of Conferral 1.1 software at http://www.conferral.com/. For people who have Microsoft Office, Conferral automatically installs a "confer" menu in each Office application. For those without Office, the "confer" menu is installed in the System Tray. After selecting "confer", Conferral automatically creates an invitation link for the selected conferencing activity (presenting PowerPoint, showing videos, sending files, etc.). The link is then sent to invited attendees via email or instant messenger. Attendees simply click on the link and Conferral establishes a secure connection between the presenter and the attendees.
