2nd interview presentation 'how to be a good communicator'

Please help,

I have a 2nd interview presentation to do by monday. It was sprung on me today. It needs to be 20 mins and be on the topic 'how to bw a good communicator'. There is no breakdown of what they are looking for and i'm looking for a good way to attack this topic and break it down into sub sections.

Hi,
Don't forget that one of the main attributes of a good communicator is to be a good listener. If you don't listen to what people are saying to you, it's impossible to react correctly. It's a bit like trying to kick a ball but not watching it come towards you - you wouldn't be certain where it was or how fast it was going.
When people speak to you they could be asking a question, telling you about something that has just gone wrong (or right!),confirming something that has happened or may simply just want to talk. If you listen carefully you can react in the appropriate way.

Thanks, got listening as one of my headers. Just need someone with a little presentation experience to give me a structure layout that is effective and how to introduce visually this topic?
