no video only sound when play movie

for some reason my bosses PPT won't play movies, it lets me insert them and when i click it to play it only plays the sound. he's got the same version as me yet it works on mine. the movie plays ok from it original folder just not in powerpoint.

could some one please help me as i cannot figure this out!

In PP, try going to, Help > Detect and Repair, ohdobehave.
