Giving my first speech with toastmasters
Hi fellow speakers

I am giving my first speech with toastmasters, the speech has to be about me. I dont know where to start on narrowing down the topic. It has to be 5 - 7 minutes. I welcome any help people can give me for this speech...

Do you know of any 'DONT'S' that you could share with me when giving my speech and preparing my information?
