Humorous Speech

Hi, My weakness is writing a humorous speech! and delivering it. I am ok doing serious stuff, ie politics/religion etc. And I am confident doing my speaches, but somehow I am just struggling to find topics for a Humour/entertaining speech.

How can I make them laugh?

Think about your intended audience. If most are in to current affairs. Then think about something in the news that would be funny. Or a good topic is something that you've actually experienced yourself, everfay stuff that people can relate to, e.g. a trip to the supermarket, shopping with your partner.
