need help repeating a series of animations
Hello,
I hope you are able to help me with tweaking some animations in my Powerpoint 2003 presentations. What I am wanting to do is have several picture animations repeat themselves, but in the same order. I want picture one to slide in and as it exits picture two enters, as 2 exits picture three enters and as it exits I want picture one to begin the process again. I know I can just reenter the animations, but I want it to loop continuously until the end of the slide. I tried looping the animation but then I end up with what looks like three pictures blinking on and off at the same time. Thank you for your help, Daniel |

Rather than trying to cram all of the animations onto one slide, why do you not spread them across multiple slides. This way it will be easier to loop them around.
You can get the presentation to loop continuously Slide Show > Set Up Show then Loop continuously until 'Esc' Hope this helps Last edited by Silv; 21-12-06 at 12:28. |

Thank you Doctor
I appreciate the suggestion and I think it is a good suggestion except for my desire to have the pictures overlapping one another as they move across the screen. What I am trying to do is creating moving backgrounds for my worship service. I have seen some interesting powerpoint backgrounds but they look like things I should be able to easily create, which I can, only then it goes through once and then it is done. I want it to endlessly loop on that one slide because there will be different backgrounds for different parts of the presentation. I even thought of doing as you suggested, a series of slides and hyperlinking to that presentation from within the presentation, but again creates the problem of seamless motion of overlapping images.
Thanks. |

I am having the same problem. Six animations on a page. When number 6 completes, I'd like number one to start over. Any help out there?
