Animations out of sync when shown in pptview.exe
I have a complex power point presentation which mixes a narration audio track and a number of custom animations. Everything runs in sync as a ppt file, or as a pps file.
However, when run using pptview.exe (I've tried all versions of the power point viewer) either on a PC with or without POwer point installed, I am always getting the same problem of the audio and custom animations going out of sync I've tried with it running from hard drive, CD USB open etc, always the same. This is to be distributed widely on CD so I need to get it right, target audience many unlikely to have power point installed hance need to view it with pptview.exe Any ideas? |

reply to Neil Shumsky
Hi
Neil Shumsky The reason is the powerpoint in CD is slower than the hard disk. SO it is the common phenomena that the async of powerpoint and music. There are two way! first is to convert your ppt to other fomat such as *** the other is to break your audio into small clips for every slide |
