Alex has a great deal of experience in the call centre sector, having edited the magazine Call Centre Focus (CCF) from 2001 through to 2005 and, prior to that, working as deputy editor on Computer Telephony magazine.

She’s delighted to be back working on call centre issues, and promises to give callcentrehelper.com a brand new look and feel as of the new year.
